However, due to the unique nature of our customized items, we regret to inform you that refunds are unavailable unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

1. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a personalized item that is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the specifications you provided during the order, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and, if it is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer you the following options:
- A replacement of the same item with corrected personalization.
-A store credit for the full purchase price, which can be used on our website.
-A refund of the purchase price, in the original form of payment.
~Conditions for Returns and Refunds~
1. Notification Period
To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. Evidence Required
We may request photographic evidence or additional information to assess the issue and validate your claim.
3. Return of the Item
In some cases, we may request that you return the faulty or damaged item to us. We will provide instructions on how to do this, and we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
4. Unused Condition
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
5. Exclusions
Refunds are not available for items with errors in personalization that were provided by the customer during the order process. Please double-check all customization details before finalizing your order.
~Cancellations~
Orders for personalized items cannot be canceled once they have entered production. Please review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure accuracy.
