How long does it take to create personalized items?

Production usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the product and order size.

Can I request a fully custom design?

Do you offer wedding or event packages?

Yes! We have curated collections for weddings and special events, including signage, favours, personalized gifts, and decor. Get in touch.

Can I order sample products before placing a large order?

Yes, sample products are available for most wedding and event items. Contact us to arrange this.

When do I need to provide custom text and details?

Final details, like guest names, messages, colours, menu content, are due 1 month before your wedding. I'll send an email when it's time - no stress!

Can I see my items before production?

Yes! You'll receive draft proofs to check and approve before anything is made.

When will my items arrive?

All orders are delivered 2 weeks before your wedding, ready to display, gift, or treasure.

How early should I order for weddings or events?

We recommend placing orders as soon as you know your wedding plans, giving you plenty of time to finalize details.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, items cannot be returned unless faulty.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately, and we’ll replace or refund any items damaged during shipping.
