When do I need to provide my custom text and details?

Final details — like guest names, messages and menu content — are due about 1 month before your wedding. I'll send you an email when it's time, so there's no need to have everything sorted when you order. No stress!

Can I see my items before they're made?

Yes! You'll receive draft proofs to check and approve before anything goes into production, so your pieces are exactly how you want them.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are delivered about 2 weeks before your wedding — packaged and ready to display, gift or treasure.

Can I place my order early?

Absolutely — order as soon as you know your plans. It secures your spot in my schedule and gives you plenty of time to finalise details, colours and design later.

How does payment work?

You order and pay upfront to lock everything in, and Afterpay is available if you'd like to spread the cost. Production begins a few weeks before your day, once your proofs are approved.
